Brilliant location, 2 minute walk to the tram stop (112), 3 minutes to Fitzroy St, 17 minutes to Southern Cross station and 5 minute walk to the Armstrong Street shopping precinct including the Middle Park Hotel. Its unique in thats its a quiet resedential area but just minutes to either Port Melbourne, St Kilda or the CBD.
Its an older apartment with a balcony as seen in the photo, perfect for a summer lifestyle. Out-door setting, BBQ, and all living ameneties are provided. No parking is provided however there is plenty of on street availability and a permit can be arranged. Its carpeted throughout, gas heating in the main living area, with gas hot water and cooking facilities.
I am a professional 32 year old male, shift worker operating on a 24 hour roster so I'm looking for a single male thats neat and clean working a 9-5 job. This would result in both of us having plenty of time with the place to ourselves. Not suitable for someone looking for a party lifestyle as I often work nights, early mornings and everything in between however in saying that, on days off I love to enjoy the balcony with a beer over the BBQ.
